Concepts are ideas. They include goals, rules, heuristics and schemas. The goal of golf is to take a stick and hit a ball into a whole. Conceptually very simple. Rules are principles of conduct (don’t run in the house). Heuristics are fancy rules and techniques for approaching problems. Schema are collections of knowledge and beliefs which help you organize information and use it more effectively.
